Pack Leadership Style

Consistency, love, positive reinforcement and fun!

Through reading, experience and consultations with reputable trainers, we are very knowledgeable about dog behavior. We remain consistent with our routine and commands so the doggies know what behavior is acceptable. We find this approach essential to ensure a safe and fun day.

We also understand the importance of earning your pooches' love. We not only walk the dogs, we get right in there and play with the dogs. We are energetic and athletic and not afraid to get dirty! Positive reinforcement is important to us, so we are quick to reward good behavior. A combination of affection and treats (with your permission) is a sure way to win your doggies' heart.

Donna and her team are the best! My dog, MacDuff has been walking with Keith and Donna for over 2 years now. He loves them, is always picked up on time and comes back happy and exhausted.

San Francisco dog walker DonnaDonna Milich - Pack Leader

Originally from Washington, D.C., Donna moved to San Francisco to pursue dentistry. She started walking dogs while studying for the Dental Admissions Test. It was then she realized she was destined to spend her days with dogs instead of teeth! In 2000 she started HOT DIGGITY DOG WALKING! Her dog Chucky was quite thrilled about her decision.

Aside from sprinting in circles with the pooches, she loves to take pictures of her furry pals. She also loves reading about pooches and stays current on training techniques and health issues. When Donna is not walking the dogs, she loves to surf, snowboard and mountain bike.

Hi, I'm Jennie and I am a long time dog lover. I was born and raised in Riverside, California and made my big move here in August of 2009 to go to college. I am currently working towards my engineering degree and will hopefully be a Cal student soon. I was a teacher of school age children for four years and love being around children and all animals. Their unique personalities and behaviors are so uplifting. When I'm not running around with the dogs and finish with my studies, I enjoy paintballing, camping, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. It's a proven fact that pets lower blood pressure and stress levels. So in my case, I'm incredibly healthy and can't help but smile when I'm at work!

Hi my name is Roxy and I'm crazy for dogs. I was born in Nicaragua and have been living in San Francisco since I was two years old. I've loved our four legged companions ever since my mom took in a stray, Popi, when I was a baby and he became my very best friend! Now I have four great doggies who I could not live without! I used to be a veterinary receptionist but found that I rather be outside running around with our furry friends.

I also enjoy movies, music, dance especially Argentine Tango, and winter sports. My all time favorite food are sandwiches! I would go the distance for a good sandwich....and a yummy drink. I'd like one day to go into Animal Rescue and help homeless pets find forever homes. I believe every good person should have a dog. They enrich your life that much more and it's a guarantee that in their company you will smile every single day! I know I do.

San Francisco dog walker CarissaKate DiPietro - Assistant Pack Leader

Hi I'm Kate and my love affair with dogs started at a very young age. In fact, as a toddler I was so comfortable around my German Shepard, Samantha, that I used to sit on top of her and watch Scooby Doo! Since then my bond with dogs has continued to grow. It gives me great joy that I get to work with them every day!

Born and raised outside of Washington, DC, I moved to San Diego, California in 2006 after biking across the country for a non-profit. During the years that I lived in San Diego I continued to work on my other passion, Visual Art, and moved to San Francisco in 2008 to pursue my MFA in Painting at the San Francisco Art Institute. So when I'm not walking dogs I can normally be found at my studio working on my paintings! I also love running, reading and listening to some good tunes.
