About Us
Through reading, experience and consultations with reputable trainers we are very knowledgeable about dog behavior. We remain consistent with commands and procedures such that the doggies know what behavior is acceptable. We find this approach essential to ensure a safe and fun day. We also understand the importance of earning your pooches love. We get right in there and play with the dogs. We are energetic and athletic and not afraid to get dirty! Positive reinforcement is important to us, so we are quick to reward good behavior. A combination of affection and treats (with your permission) is a sure way to win your doggies' heart.
Donna Norcom - Pack Leader
Donna is from Washington DC and moved to San Francisco to pursue dentistry. She started walking dogs while studying for the Dental Admissions Test. It was then she realized she was destined to spend her days with dogs instead of teeth! In 2000 she started HOT DIGGITY DOG WALKING. Her dog Chucky was quite thrilled about her decision.
Aside from sprinting in circles with the pooches she loves to take pictures of her furry pals. She also loves reading about pooches and stays current on training techniques and health issues. When Donna is not walking the canines she loves to surf, snowboard and mountain bike.
Keith Lerch - Assistant Pack Leader
Keith is originally from Virginia, but has called San Francisco home for the past 12 years. Before moving west, he recieved an AA in Industrial Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. An artist at heart, he fills his spare time sculpting, and creating custom halloween masks and props.
Any excuse to be outside, you will find him mountain biking, road biking, participating in triathalons, and walking his new best friend Buddy, a 2 year old Bernese/ Austrailan Shepard mix.
James Juanillo-Assistant Pack Leader

When he's not enjoying his walks with his pack, James enjoys camping
with friends, traveling to exotic lands and playing group sports. His
volunteer work includes active duty with SF's Fire Dept. Neighborhood
Emergency Response Team (NERT)-a local team of volunteers trained to
assist first responders in the event of an earthquake or other disaster.
James has always enjoyed a special affinity with dogs since childhood. His best friends growing up were his two black Labs, Rocky and Joy. A dog lover to the core, James enjoys and is often available to pet sit.
